- Snow peas - 2 cups - chopped
- Whole grain flour - 4 cups
- Water - 1 cup - warm
- Instant yeast - 2 teaspoons

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Poppy seeds - 2 tablespoons - for garnishing
