- Asparagus — 1 bunch — shaved into ribbons
- Snap peas — 1 cup
- Radishes — 6 — thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes — 1 pint — halved
- Mixed greens — 4 cups
- Lemon — 1 — juiced
- Olive oil — 1/4 cup
- Salt — — to taste
- Pepper — — to taste
- Crusty bread — 4 slices — cubed
- Garlic — 2 cloves — minced
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and chives) — 1/4 cup — chopped
