Additional

Mochi is a traditional Japanese dessert made with sticky rice flour and is often filled with sweetened bean paste or fruit. Green tea is a common flavor in Japanese desserts and is also known for its health benefits for both the mind and body. If you prefer, you can use a different fruit filling instead of strawberries, like mango or blueberries. You can also replace the green tea powder with cocoa powder for a chocolatey twist. This is a fun dessert to make with kids because they can assist in rolling the mochi balls and filling them with the paste.
