Inspired by the exotic flavors of Thai cuisine, we created a unique cocktail, starring the earthy, yet delicate taste of cremini mushrooms. Balanced with the zing of lime, the zesty chilli heat, and the sweet aroma of coconut, it's a symphony of Thai tang in every sip!

    Boil the coconut water with cremini mushroom slices and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

    Remove the infusion from the heat, allow it to cool completely before straining. Discard the mushroom slices.

    In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lime juice, the strained coconut water, a pinch of coconut sugar, crushed lemongrass stalk, and chilli slices.

    Shake the cocktail shaker energetically until well-mixed.

    Strain the cocktail mixture into glasses filled with ice, garnish with a lime wheel, Thai basil leaves, and a small slice of chilli pepper.
