This smoothie is an inventive blend of classic French flavor profiles and zesty touches, using the humble zucchini as the star. The key ingredients are fresh zucchini, ripe figs and creamy Greek yogurt, with a touch of honey for sweetness, and a sprinkle of lavender for that distinctly French aroma.
Ingredients (for 2)
- 1 medium zucchini - 1 - washed and chopped into cubes
- 4 ripe figs - 4 - washed and halved
- Plain greek yogurt - 2 cups
- Honey - 3 tablespoons - plus extra for garnish
- Dried edible french lavender flowers - 1/2 teaspoon - plus a sprig for garnish
- Crushed ice - 2 cups
- Water - 1/4 cup
Preparation

Step 1 - π₯πͺπ§ΌWash and chop the zucchini into cubes. Also, wash the figs and cut them into halves.
