This unique fusion recipe brings together the warmth of a cosy winter stir-fry with the bright, green freshness of broccoli. Taking inspiration from a medley of eastern and western culinary traditions, our featured vegetable, broccoli, is given center stage.

- Broccoli - 2 heads - cut into florets
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons - none
- Garlic - 3 cloves - minced
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon - none
