In honor of Pizza Day, this recipe combines the classic New York pizza with unique toppings of Korean bulgogi beef and spicy kimchi. The bulgogi beef is marinated in a sweet and savory sauce, making for a flavorful topping. Kimchi brings the heat, while the pizza is baked to crispy perfection.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Premade pizza crust - 1
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- Gochujang sauce - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 3 cloves - minced
- Small onion - 1/2 - chopped
- Sirloin - 1/2 lb - thinly sliced
- Kimchi - 1/2 cup - drained and chopped
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - - to taste
