Ingredients (for 2)
- Fresh chestnuts - 150 grams - roasted and peeled
- Whole grain italian bread - 2 slices
- Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove - halved
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley) - - finely chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - - freshly ground
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams - grated
