Our key ingredients are quality dark chocolate and fresh red berries to provide a refreshing counterbalance. These two together encapsulate the essence of summer while making a decadent dish for Chocolate Day.

    Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter together until thoroughly combined. Press mixture into tart pan to form an even, compact base. Chill for 30 minutes.

    Heat the heavy cream until just boiling. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate and vanilla, stirring constantly until you have a smooth, glossy mixture.
