A final fox tip

This dish is adaptable, feel free to substitute or add in other seasonal vegetables like snap peas or bok choy. To make it vegan, replace clams with tofu or mushrooms and use a vegan-friendly sauce instead of the oyster sauce. Kids can have fun helping wash the veggies and stirring the stir-fry. Did you know? Clams are a low-fat, high-protein seafood choice with an above-average amount of healthful minerals such as selenium, zinc, iron and magnesium and B vitamins like niacin.
