This is a truly revolutionizing seafood dish that marries the heartiness of seafood with the tartness of cranberries. We are using fresh cranberries, shrimp, and clams, to create a warm and comforting seafood stew.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Fresh or frozen cranberries - 1 cup
- Shrimp - 12 pieces - deveined
- Clams - 6 pieces - scrubbed
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Fresh thyme sprigs - 2 sprigs
- Bay leaf - 1
- Red pepper flakes - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
- Crusty bread - 2 thick slices - grilled

Step 1 - 🔥🍲🥄Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and stir until fragrant.

Step 2 - 🍤🐚⏰Add 12 deveined shrimps and 6 scrubbed clams to the pot. Cook them until they start to change color, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 3 - 🥂🌬️⏳Pour in 1/2 cup of white wine and let it simmer for a minute to let the alcohol evaporate.

Step 4 - 🍲🌿🍇Add 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 cup of cranberries, 2 sprigs of fresh thyme, 1 bay leaf, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.
