Ingredients (for 2)
- Tangerines - 2 - zested and juiced
- Tagliatelle pasta - 150 grams
- Mixed seafood (like scallops and shrimp) - 200 grams
- Cloves of garlic - 3 - minced
- Cream - 1/2 cup
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and black pepper - to taste
- Parsley - for garnish
Preparation

Step 1 - 🍲🧂🍝Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle pasta till al dente as per the package instructions.

Step 2 - 🍳🍤🦞Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the mixed seafood and sauté until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Step 3 - 🧄🍷🍊In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping to release any fond. Reduce heat, add the cream, tangerine juice, half the tangerine zest, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and simmer until the sauce has reduced by half.

Step 4 - 🍝🔀🥘Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water. Add the cooked seafood back into the pan. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, and if required, add pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.

Step 5 - 🧂🍃🍊Season with salt, black pepper, and more red pepper flakes if desired. Finish it off by garnishing with fresh parsley and the remaining tangerine zest. Serve immediately.
