For a seasonal and interesting brunch inspired by Mexican cuisine, why not try making Huevos Divorciados! This dish features a unique twist on traditional Huevos Rancheros, utilizing two different sauces to create a visually captivating and flavorful meal.

- Tomatillo - 6 - husked and rinsed
- Jalapeño pepper - 1 - stem and seeds removed
- White onion - 1/2
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup
- Lime - Juice of 1

Step 1 - 🔥🌡️🍳Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
