Additional
This soup is a wonderful way to use watermelon in a non-traditional way. While it's perfect for warmer days as a refreshing starter, it can turn into a satisfying light dinner by adding a side of toasted whole grain bread! To get kids involved, they can help with washing vegetables and tearing basil.
