- Kohlrabi - 2 medium - peeled and sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 small - finely diced
- White onion - 1 small - chopped
- Fresh parsley - a handful - chopped
- Eggs - 4
- Chile oil - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Step 1 - 🍲 🧅 🌶️Heat a tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and diced red bell pepper. Saute until they soften. Add sliced kohlrabi, cook till it crisps around the edges and softens within. Season with salt and pepper, stir in chopped parsley.

Step 2 - 🍳 🧂In a separate pan, heat remaining olive oil. Fry 4 eggs until the whites are set but the yolks stay runny. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on top.
