Preparation

  1. Step 1 - 🍲🌶️🔥
    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and thinly sliced red chilies until fragrant.
  2. Step 2 - 🍷🥘⏲️
    Add the cleaned mussels to the pot. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth. Cover and let it steam for 5-7 minutes or until the mussels have opened.
  3. Step 3 - 🍋🌿🧂
    Stir in the lime zest, lime juice, chopped dill, chopped cilantro, and add salt to taste.
  4. Step 4 - 🥣🥖🍴
