Enjoy a twist on the classic American chicken dish with a taste of spring. Inspired by the weather turning, we're bringing in the refreshing sourish taste of sorrel, harmonically paired with a succulent honey lemon glazed chicken.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Sorrel - 1 cup - chopped
- Large bone-in skin-on chicken thighs - 4 pieces
- Lemons - 2 - zested and juiced
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Spring vegetables (asparagus, peas, baby carrots) - 4 cups - trimmed and cleaned
- Garlic cloves - 2 - minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
