Ingredients (for 4)
- Lemon thyme - 10 sprigs - leaves stripped
- Fresh strawberries - 1 cup - hulled and sliced
- Fresh blueberries - 1 cup
- Peaches - 2 - peeled and sliced
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Digestive biscuits - 1.5 cups - crushed
- Butter - 1/2 cup - melted
- Cream cheese - 8 oz - softened
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Icing sugar - - for dusting

Step 1 - 🍓🍑🍋🕖Combine strawberries, blueberries, peaches, sugar and lemon thyme leaves in a bowl. Leave it aside to macerate for 30 minutes.
