Low-Carb Stuffed Zucchini Boats

- Large zucchini - 4 - halved lengthwise
- Ground turkey - 1 pound
- Marinara sauce - 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup - shredded
- Garlic cloves - 4 - minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - a handful - chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - half a cup - for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprigs - few sprigs - for garnish
