Here's a unique take on a smoothie, infusing it with the flavors of the Middle East while highlighting the crispness of fresh Lettuce. We're also adding a dash of tartness with Pomegranate and a hint of natural sweetness from Dates.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Iceberg lettuce - 2 cups - roughly chopped
- Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup
- Dates - 8 - pitted and chopped
- Banana - 1 - sliced into rounds
- Almond milk - 2 cups
- Cucumber - 1 - for garnish
- Fresh mint sprigs - 4 - for garnish
- Cinnamon - A pinch - for garnish
- Honey - 4 tablespoons - optional

Step 1 - 🥗🌰🍌🥛In a blender, combine iceberg lettuce, half of the pomegranate seeds, dates, banana, and almond milk.

Step 3 - 🍯👅Taste the smoothie. If it needs extra sweetness, add honey and blend again.

Step 5 - 🥒🌱🍒Garnish each glass with the remaining pomegranate seeds, a cucumber straw, a sprig of mint, and a dusting of cinnamon.
