- Small boneless pork shoulder - 2 pounds - cut into 1-inch pieces

- Cilantro - as per liking - chopped fresh
- Avocado green sauce - 1/2 cup
- Cotija cheese - 1/2 cup - crumbled
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon - ground
- Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon - optional

Step 1 - 🐖🧂🌶️Season the small boneless pork shoulder pieces with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy), and pumpkin pie spice.
