Ingredients (for 4)
- Rosemary - 2 Tbsp - fresh, finely chopped
- Active dry yeast - 1 packet
- All-purpose flour - 3 cups
- Warm water - 1.25 cups
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cornmeal - for dusting
- Butter - 1 Tbsp - melted

Step 1 - π§πβ²οΈDissolve a packet of active dry yeast in 1.25 cups of warm water along with 1 tsp of sugar. Let it stand for 15 minutes until frothy.

Step 2 - πΎπ§πΏIn a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, and 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary.

Step 3 - ππ₯£π₯Add the frothy yeast to the flour mixture. Stir until it forms a sticky dough.

Step 6 - πͺπ₯π½Divide the risen dough into 4 even portions. Form each piece into a mini baguette. Place them on a baking sheet dusted with cornmeal. Cover and let them rise again for another 1 hour.

Step 8 - πͺπ₯π§Slash the tops of the baguettes with a sharp knife. Brush them with 1 Tbsp of melted butter.
