Smoky Turkey Chard Griddle Cakes with Parmesan Sauce

This Southern-inspired Brunch isn't your run-of-the-mill bacon and eggs. The star ingredient, Swiss Chard, brings color, texture, and healthful nutrients to the table. Paired with smoked turkey and a decadent Parmesan cream sauce, it evolves into something truly special.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Swiss chard - 1 large bunch - stems removed and leaves chopped
- Smoked turkey breast - 1/2 cup - diced
- Buttermilk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2 large
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup plus an additional 2 tablespoons - for sprinkling
- Garlic cloves - 2 - minced
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper - to taste

Step 1 - π₯π₯¬π³Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped Swiss Chard and saute until wilted.
