In honor of S'mores Day, we're taking the classic campground treat and infusing an innovative twist by creating a S'mores Tiramisu. The robustness of coffee and the sweetness of marshmallow cream harmoniously blend together, making this s'mores reinvented a must-have in this memorable August!
Ingredients (for 8)
- Mini marshmallows - 2 cups - for cream and garnishing
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Mascarpone cheese - 1 cup
- Graham crackers - 24
- Brewed coffee - 1 cup - cooled
- Semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate - - for garnishing
- Cocoa powder - - for garnishing
- Fresh mint leaves - - for garnishing
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Pure vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Step 1 - ☕️⏲️❄️Brew your coffee and set it aside to cool down.

Step 2 - 🥛🍫🥄Combine the chocolate chips and milk in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth.

Step 3 - 🧀🥛🍬🥣In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff. Fold in a cup of mini marshmallows.
