This keto recipe is perfect for a cool spring evening in NYC. The key ingredient is kale, a nutrient-dense and high-fiber green vegetable that is in season during the early spring. Featuring traditional American flavors, the dish is elevated with the use of a sous vide machine to cook the steak to perfection.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Ribeye steak - 10 oz
- Kale - 4 oz - stems removed
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Preparation

Step 2 - ๐ง๐ง๐ฅฉSeason steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
