This southern-inspired main course is a twist on classic shrimp and grits, perfect for a cool May evening. Featuring fresh shrimp and seasonal vegetables like bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and corn, this dish is finished with a tangy, aromatic butter sauce with hints of lemon and garlic.

Preparation

    Cook grits until creamy using a 1:3 water-to-grits ratio along with heavy cream.
  2. Step 2 - 🍤🔥💖
    Sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through.
  3. Step 3 - 🌽🔥🍅
    Sauté corn, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes until tender.

    Melt butter and garlic until fragrant.
