Unveiling an exciting fusion of Indian spices with sumptuous crab served as a warm comforting side on a chilly, rainy day - Spiced Crab Bake with Curried Cauliflower Gratin. This dish artfully blends the succulence of crab with classic Indian ingredients, and our seasonal vegetable of choice - cauliflower, baked to perfection with a creamy curry béchamel sauce.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Crab meat - 1 lb - cooked and shredded
- Cauliflower, large - 1 - cut into small florets
- Canola oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- Ginger - 1 inch - grated
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Coriander - 1 tsp
- Milk - 2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Grated gruyère cheese - 2 cups
- Fresh cilantro - - finely chopped for garnish
- Red chili flakes - optional
Preparation

                    Step 2 - 🥘💦🔥In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, cumin, coricookander, and turmeric, sauté until fragrant.
