    Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9-inch round or square baking dish.

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the minced garlic and a pinch of red chili flakes. Sauté until they become aromatic. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk cornbread mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter. Stir them well until they are combined.
