- Fresh spinach leaves - 2 cups - finely chopped

- Garlic cloves - 3 - finely minced

- Sunflower oil - 2 tablespoon
- Whole wheat flour - extra - for dusting

Step 1 - πͺππ΄Clean and finely chop spinach leaves. Set aside.

Step 2 - ππΆοΈπ§π₯£In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, minced garlic and salt. Incorporate the chopped spinach into the mixture, mixing well.

Step 3 - ππ§πAdd water gradually and knead into a smooth, pliable dough. Add sunflower oil and knead, then cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4 - π³ππ₯Heat a griddle over medium heat. Take a small portion of dough, roll it into a thin round bread. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one side and roll again to press them in.

Step 5 - πππPlace the bread on the hot griddle (sesame seed side up). Cook until brown spots appear on the underside, then flip over and repeat on the other side.
