Ingredients (for 2)
- Fresh shrimp - 200 grams - peeled, deveined
- Ripe mango - 1 - julienned
- Purple thai basil - 1 cup - leaves picked
- Mixed salad greens - 2 cups - washed
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon - ground
- Fresh lime juice - 2 teaspoons
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste - freshly ground
