- Ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat) - 1 lb
- Brioche buns - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Onion - 1 - sliced
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Tomato - 4 slices
- Pickle slices - 8
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
- White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - To taste - freshly ground
- Vegetable oil - 4 cups - for frying
- Potatoes - 1 lb

Step 7 - 🥔🍟🔄🥔🍟In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil until it shimmers. Add the fries in batches and fry until golden brown and crisp, 3-4 minutes.

Step 8 - 🥔🍟😮🍜🍬Transfer the fries to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

Step 9 - 💯️🍔🥤Preheat the brioche buns by toasting them for a minute or two on the grill.

Step 10 - 🥔🍔🍔🥔Assemble the burgers by spreading the special sauce on the bottom bun, place a leaf of lettuce and a slice of ripe tomato on top. Place the grilled patty with melted cheese on top of the tomato slice, then add the caramelized onions and pickles on top of the patty. Finish by spreading more of the special sauce on the top bun and placing it on top of the toppings.
