Its main ingredients are richly brewed espresso and creamy mascarpone cheese.

Ingredients (for 2)

Espresso shots - 2 shots - brewed and cooled
Mascarpone cheese - 1/2 cup - whipped
Heavy cream - 1/4 cup - chilled
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Ladyfingers - 4 pieces - dipped in coffee and crushed
Coffee liqueur - 2 oz
Cocoa powder - - for dusting
Ice cubes - handful

Preparation

In a large bowl, whip together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
