
Vibrant Fusion Kaleidoscope Smoothie

This colorful smoothie combines the earthiness of cabbage with the sweetness of fruits creating a symphony of flavors also known as fusion cuisine. Each ingredient is selected to provide healthy and vibrant start to the day standing out from the boring breakfast crowd.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Purple cabbage - 2 cups - raw and chopped
- Bananas - 2 - frozen and peeled
- Strawberries - 1 cup - fresh or frozen
- Blueberries - 1/2 cup - fresh or frozen
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - from half of a lemon
- Coconut water - 2 cups - cold
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - a pinch
- Coconut flakes - for garnish
- Ice cubes - as required

Step 1 - 🥬🍌🍓🍋Combine the purple cabbage, frozen bananas, strawberries, blueberries, lemon zest, lemon juice, turmeric, and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the ingredients as necessary. If it's too thick, add more coconut water. If you want it colder, add some ice.

Step 2 - 🥛🥛Pour the smoothie into glasses, making sure to divide it evenly.

Step 3 - 🥬🍓🍋Garnish the top with a sprinkle of additional chopped cabbage, strawberries, blueberries, and coconut flakes. Add a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.

Not only does this smoothie look beautiful, but also, purple cabbage is a wonderful source of Vitamin C and K. Lemon lends a refreshing burst, with turmeric and black pepper providing antioxidant properties. Garnishing can bring a ton of variations depending on your artistic mood, alternately you can go for blended art styles with additional colorful veggies or fruits!
