Ingredients (for 2)
- Broccoli - 2 Cups - divide into florets and stems slice thinly
- Udon noodles - 2 Packs - fresh or frozen
- Jumbo shrimp - 12 - peeled and deveined
- Yuzu lemon - 1 - zested and juiced
- Soy sauce - 2 Tablespoons
- Mirin - 2 Tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes - A Pinch
- Garlic - 2 Cloves - finely minced
- Sesame oil - 2 Tablespoons
- White sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Preparation

Step 1 - 🍜🔥💧Boil udon noodles according to the directions on the package. Once done, drain and set aside.

Step 2 - 🔥🍲🧄In a medium heat pan, pour sesame oil and add finely minced garlic. Fry until you smell the fragrant garlic.

Step 3 - 🍤🥘🍯Into the same pan, add the shrimp, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Fry until the shrimp is well coated with the sauce and it's thick and glossy.

Step 4 - 🥦🥘🔥Throw in the broccoli to the pan, stir well. Ensure all pieces are coated in the sauce and cook until tender.

Step 5 - 🍜🍤🍋Divide the cooked noodles into two bowls. Top each with the cooked shrimp and broccoli mixture. Then drizzle with yuzu juice, garnish with yuzu zest and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
