Zesty Oregano Breakfast Skillet

Inspired by the savory profiles of American breakfast dishes, this oregano-infused hash brown skillet will break your morning boundaries! With the earthy aromatics of fresh potatoes, bell peppers, onions and zesty oregano, it's a delightfully delicious yet non-traditional way to start your day.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Fresh oregano - 2 tablespoons - finely chopped
- Frozen hash browns - 3 cups - thawed
- Large eggs - 4
- Medium-size red bell pepper - 1 - chopped
- Medium-size red onion - 1 - chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 - halved
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation

Step 1 - π₯π³π‘οΈHeat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
