Preparation

  1. Step 1 - 🥘🔥🫒
    In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add 1 large chopped onion and 3 minced cloves of garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.

    Add 4 large diced Portobello mushrooms and 2 large diced red bell peppers. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
