Autumnal Celery & Cheese Fettuccine

- Celery - 4 stalks - finely chopped
- Fettuccine pasta - 12 oz

- Whipping cream - 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup - shredded
- Gouda cheese - 1 cup - shredded
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
