Ingredients (for 4)

    Mix together 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp ground cardamom, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp crushed ginger, a pinch of cayenne pepper, a pinch of turmeric, and salt and pepper to taste to prepare the marinade

    Coat 800g of diced lamb cubes with the marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  3. Step 3 - 🔥 🍖 🍴
    Preheat your BBQ to a medium heat and grease the grates with some vegetable oil

    Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers

    Place the skewers on the grill, turning occasionally until the lamb is cooked to your preference (Approx. 10 minutes for medium)

    While the lamb is grilling, blend together a large bunch of finely chopped dill, 2 finely chopped green chillies and the juice from 2 lemons to prepare the chutney

    Serve the lamb skewers hot off the grill, drizzled with the fresh dill chutney or on the side
