Additional
This soup can be made in advance and reheated. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Adjust the spices and lime juice to your liking, as it can be made milder or spicier. For a heartier meal, add some cooked quinoa or roasted chickpeas to the soup. Kids can help by peeling and chopping the pumpkin, stirring the soup, and blending it with an immersion blender.
