Ingredients (for 2)
- Shrimp — 1 cup — peeled, deveined, tail off
- Large bell peppers — 2 — tops cut off and hollowed
- Arugula — a handful — washed and dried
- Cajun spice — 2 tsp — store-bought or home-made
- Olive oil — 2 tbsp
- Lemon — juice from half
- Salt — to taste
- Ground black pepper — to taste

Step 1 — 🍳🔥🫒Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2 — 🍳🍤🔁Once the oil is heated, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
