Additional
To change it up, feel free to replace the chard with collard greens or even cabbage! For a vegetarian variant, use a medley of mushrooms, peppers, and tofu instead of seafood. These colorful parcels can be a fun kitchen project for kids, as they can assist with washing the chard leaves and assembling the parcels.
