A little about this dish
Presenting a unique twist to the traditional Thai dessert using our star ingredient - Celery! This dish creatively merges the earthy flavor of celery with a sweet and tangy coconut cream, topped with crunchy toasted sesame seeds.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Celery stalks — 4 — boiled and pureed
- Unsweetened almond milk — 1 cup
- Agar-agar — 2 teaspoons
- Maple syrup — 4 tablespoons
- Large mango — 1 — peeled and pitted
- Full-fat coconut milk — 1 cup
- Cilantro leaves — 2 tablespoons — chopped
- Toasted sesame seeds —
- Coconut oil — 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Step 1 — 🥬💦🥘Mix the celery puree, almond milk, and agar-agar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
