Ingredients (for 4)
- Ribeye steaks - 4, 8 oz each - none
- Coffee beans - 2 tablespoons - finely ground
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon - none
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon - none
- Fresh peaches - 2 - pitted and thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 - thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 1/2 cup - chopped
- Fresh mint - 1/4 cup - chopped
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup - none
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 1/4 cup - none
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste - none
