- Salmon fillet - 4 fillets
- Fresh dill - 1/4 cup chopped
- Lemon - 1 - sliced
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Honey - 4 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Baby carrot - 1 lb - peeled
- Water - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Step 1 - π‘οΈπ₯πPreheat the oven to 400Β°F.

Step 2 - π΄π₯π΄Place the baby carrots in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water and the minced garlic. Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes, then quick release the pressure and set aside.

Step 3 - π―π§π³In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together.

Step 4 - ππΏπ³Add the fresh dill and lemon slices and cook for 2-3 minutes.
