
Dill Enlightened Creamy Chicken Soup

Ingredients (for 2)
- Fresh dill - 1/4 cup - finely chopped
- Boneless chicken breast - 1 whole - cooked and shredded
- Carrot - 2 medium - diced
- Celery - 2 stalks - diced
- White onion - 1 medium - chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- Chicken stock - 3 cups
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Preparation
