Toasted fenugreek seeds infuse the dough with a characteristic Indian flavor, while Greek yogurt adds a delightful tang. The seasonal Cremini mushrooms are baked into the bread, yielding a surprising and delectable crunch with each bite.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Cremini mushrooms - 1 cup - diced
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon - toasted and ground
- Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Active dry yeast - 1 packet
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup - shredded
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons - for kneading
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons - chopped for garnish
