A final fox tip
This dish is derived from the traditions of Peking duck service where thin pancakes were used as wrappers but presented with a contemporary twist with the addition of thyme. Multigrain or Lettuce can be used as a more health-conscious alternative for pancakes. You could involve your kids by asking them to assemble their own rolls, making the meal interactive and fun.
