This Fast Food Day, we're taking a childhood favorite and giving it a sophisticated spin without compromising on your health! The star of our recipe is the humble chicken which we will craft into a beautifully moist yet crispy burger. Alongside, we'd use lean protein, avocado, and a medley of vibrant, fresh veggies to balance the flavors and enhance the nutritional profile.

Step 5 - 🍟🥒🍽️Your gourmet grilled chicken burger is ready! Serve it with a side of your favorite baked sweet potato fries and a pickle spear.
Additional
Fun fact: The origin of the hamburger dates back to the 19th century where German immigrants in America started selling ground beef patties known as 'Hamburg Steaks'. You can play around this recipe by adding other fast food favorites like turkey bacon or mushrooms or make it vegan by using a Portobello mushroom cap in place of the chicken breast.
