- Medium tomatoes - 2 - chopped
- Large yellow summer squash - 1 - chopped
- Raw shrimp - 1 lb - peeled and deveined
- Tostada shells - 8
- Cotija cheese - 1/2 cup - crumbled
- Lime - 1 - zest and juice
- Garlic cloves - 2 - minced
- Smoked chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Preparation

Step 1 - 🔥🌡️🍖Preheat your grill on medium heat.

Step 2 - 🍅🥣🧄In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, squash, minced garlic, lime zest, chili powder, olive oil, and lime juice. Season it with salt and black pepper and mix it well.
