- Large shrimp - 1 lb - peeled and deveined
- Red bell pepper - 1 - sliced
- Yellow squash - 1 - sliced
- Zucchini - 1 - sliced
- Red onion - 1 - sliced
- Garlic cloves - 2 - minced
- Smoked paprika - 1 tbsp
- Saffron - 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt - - to taste
